The confirmation templates below are for agents of issues that are being reviewed for eligibility by DTCC's Underwriting Department.
As per the Operational Arrangements (OA), every agent must provide confirmation of key information of issuances being reviewed for eligibility.
Select the relevant template for the issuance you are confirming, copy the content into a new email and complete all fields.
Ensure the subject line follows the format:
Subject: CUSIP – Issue Name – Closing Date
Once all details are complete, send your email to [email protected].
This confirmation must be provided by the agent at least three (3) business days prior
to the closing date of the issue.
