Kieran Hanrahan is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan Chase's Corporate and Investment Bank based in New York. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the Corporate and Investment Bank's Securities Services Operations.

Kieran manages a global team providing around the clock client coverage. His team is responsible for the daily operational processes for a diverse range of businesses and products including Custody, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Middle Office and Collateral Management.

Prior to his current role, Kieran was responsible for Global Markets Operations from November 2018, having spent most of his career in various Operations, Finance and Project roles supporting J.P. Morgan’s Markets business. Kieran joined J.P. Morgan in 1996 having previously worked as an auditor with PWC in Ireland and the UK from 1991 to 1995.

Kieran places an emphasis on building high performing teams and aligning his Operations team's goals with those of the businesses he supports. Key projects that he has managed for JPM include Euro Exit contingency planning, implementation of the Swap Margin Rule, MifiD2 and operational preparations for Brexit.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Chase, he worked as an auditor with PwC in Ireland and the UK from 1991 to 1995. Kieran was qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996.
