Tim Hulse is Managing Director, Financial Risk & Governance at DTCC. Within this role, he develops strategies to drive risk mitigation across equities and fixed income clearing and settlement and is responsible for default management practices, stress testing, regulatory compliance, and governance. He actively engages with Market Participants and Regulators around the globe, reviewing risk management initiatives and addressing credit, market, and liquidity risks within the industry.
During his time at DTCC, Tim has gained over fifteen years of experience across credit, market, and liquidity risk. Tim currently serves as a member of DTCC’s Management Risk Committee, Investment Management Committee, Enterprise Stress Testing Committee, and the firm’s Systemic Risk Council.
Prior to DTCC, Tim held credit and market risk positions where he supported commodity trading desks.
